Dynamic Function-MRI Scans of Joints and Spine

Besides the clearly increased comfort of the examination and in addition to conventional examinations, it is now possible to undertake functional examinations of the joints and the spine, e.g. knee joints (diffraction in different angles), shoulder or spine.

The static MRI scan of the cervical vertebrae is a recognized diagnostic tool for many diseases.  MRI scans of damage to the cervical vertebrae evident only with certain movements, have proven unsatisfactory.  The dynamic-function MRI scan of the cervical vertebrae can record additional information for the planning of further therapies for degenerative and rheumatic changes in the cervical vertebrae.
