What are the limits of Computer Tomography (CT)?

Compared to the MRI, CT shows details of soft tissue less clearly. .

Except for coronary vessels, the Cardio-MRI (magnetic resonance images of the heart) is substantially superior to the CT.  
Also, MRI is preferred for the imaging of female pelvic organs (uterus, ovaries), as with prostate in men.
